Founded in 1985 by Kailash Ji “Manav,” Narayan Seva Sansthan began with a simple yet powerful act of providing free food to patients and attendants in government hospitals. Over time, this initiative grew into a free community hospital dedicated to People with impairments. The organization expanded its vision to offer zero-cost corrective surgeries, transforming the lives of physically and economically disadvantaged individuals.
